Changes in Leadership at Layer Group

Following a successful share issue earlier this year, Layer Group is intensifying its efforts to strengthen the Group and ensure long-term profitability across all companies. As part of this, changes are being made to both the Board of Directors and the executive management team.

The Board of Directors has, in agreement with CEO John Strand, decided that John will step down from his role with immediate effect. The Board would like to extend its sincere thanks to John for his valuable contributions and dedication.

Petter Håkanson has been appointed as interim CEO. Petter is a co-founder of Layer Group, a shareholder, and a former member of the Board of Directors.

The recruitment process for a permanent CEO has been initiated.
