Vainiomäki strengthens its position in Finland – two new framework agreements signed

Vainiomäki, Layer Group’s Finnish subsidiary, has recently secured two significant framework agreements that will provide a clear boost to the business in the coming years.

– We’re very pleased to have signed a four-year framework agreement with Lempäälän Vuokrakodit. The estimated annual value is approximately €400,000, and the pricing terms are favourable for us, which ensures strong profitability, says CEO Sami Pekki.

In addition, the company has had a new agreement with Hämeenlinnan Asunnot Oy in place since February. That project is now fully underway and employs 6–8 people on a daily basis.

– The start in Lempäälä has been exceptionally strong. Already in the first week, we received several major renovation orders, Sami Pekki explains.

These new agreements are especially welcome after a challenging winter and spring.

– This is an important turning point for us – we are now looking forward to a more stable and profitable year, says Sami Pekki.
